50th Anniversary Book

Congratulations must go to the sub committee that have put the fabulous book of the club’s 50 year history together. The book was written by Barry Frost and was launched 20th June 2004.. Bruce Went and Tony Grove researched and precised the clubs minutes. Bruce tape-recorded interviews with several original members for their recollections of events, David Searles sourced photos from many different collections.

The club was established at a pivotal point in South Australia’s motor sporting history and therefore the book is not only of the Austin 7 Club of SA Inc. but the club’s involvement – as competitors, organisers or officials – with motor sport in its many varied forms.
